FAQ Are all of your products in stock?

If products are out of stock they may be available to order. If this is the case it with show as "Available from Supplier", some products are special order items and will be display products that are out of stock. It can take approximately 72 working hours for special orders to arrive. Once ready to dispatch you will be notified.

 
FAQ How do I return an item?

Our terms and conditions allow you to return any item you purchase, within 14 days from date of receipt, providing it is in original packaging and in an unused condition. You can simply download and complete our Returns Form and return it along with a copy of your invoice, or contact a member of our team and we can assist with a return.

FAQ Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address. Please ensure the recipient is of legal age and lawfully entitled to own the item.

 
FAQ What types of payment do you accept?

You have several ways to pay for your orders.

Here the various payment methods we accept : 
• Credit or debit card via PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account to pay use. PayPal are our payment service provider)
•  PayPal
• BACS
• Cheque (will need to be cleared before dispatch)

 
FAQ When will my order be delivered?

We ship with the Royal Mail and Parcel Force . Royal Mail First Class from our destination is 1-2 working days. Royal Mail Second Class is 3-4 working days. Royal Mail Special Delivery is next working day by 1pm only (9am is not available). Europe is 4-6 working days, Rest of World is 6-8 working days.
Parcel Force 48 can take an additional day to deliver due to our location.
Please note that these times do not include our order processing times. Once your item is ready for dispatch you will receive an automated email. If it was sent after 12 noon then your parcel will not leave until the following day. All parcels are tracked, small parcels only tracked on delivery.
